ST. Holda Spatlese

Tasting Notes: An exquisite straw colored wine with a greenish sheen. The aroma is first dominated by the tones of green apple, white peach and mint, which later evolve into the tones of blackcurrant leaf, lime and candied fruits.

Gastronomy: Perfect as a digestif wine or in combination with light fruit (lemon, pear, apple) or cream desserts.

Method of Aging: In neutral stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

Manufacture highlights: Fermented with a use of natural yeast at a very low temperature in stainless steel vats.
